After a 6 game winning streak and a 4-0 start to Big 12 play Texas ran into a very determined Oklahoma State team on their homecoming night at Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater. The OSU coaches came up with an offensive game plan that seemed to have the Longhorn defense on its heels all night while scoring on its first 3 drives of the game and not having to punt until their 8th possession. OSU alum Barry Sanders was also honored at the game and the Cowboys had all the inspiration they needed to hold on for a 38-35 conference victory.

Here are some of the highlights from the game. Click on the image for full size. (All photos by Don Bender/Horns Illustrated)
