Digital Content Policy: Horns Illustrated print or digital web content may be written by our staff or gathered from relevant web and offline sources, under “fair use” editorial guidelines. This content may be included in an article (or other work) as a reference. The reference typically includes at a minimum the author, publisher, a link, as well as a quotation, photo or screenshot from the original article; that information and may be paraphrased, added to and/or quoted.
We possess a large social media following and provide our fans one location to obtain trending information and links regarding UT sports News. We add value by finding, collecting, sharing, defining, summarizing, explaining, discussing and commenting on why an article is important and/or of interest to our readers. In some cases we supplement or compare related stories, viewpoints and evaluate the Pros/Cons. We also provide readers access to message boards and comment logs.
We aggregate data by multiple methods. We syndicate (via RSS Feeds) content from multiple internet and offline sources, content our readers want to know. We create as well as publish content we've written ourselves. We curate content and search the internet for compelling UT sports-related content, which we comment on, edit, summarize and share with our social communities and readers.

Typographical Errors: In the event that a Horns Illustrated or Bevo Depot .com product or service is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Horns Illustrated and Bevo Depot .com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Information collection and use: Horns Illustrated does not collect personal information without your specific knowledge and consent. Member Content Posted: Without liability of any kind, Texan Media, Horns Illustrated and Bevo Depot may reject, refuse to post, or delete any Member Content (including private messages) that in the sole judgment of Texan Media, and its entities violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person. You are solely responsible for the Member Content that you post on or through the Service, any material or information that you transmit to other Members, and for your interactions with other Users.
'Cookies': In addition, when you use Horns Illustrated website and/or service(s), we may also automatically collect information, ('Cookies'), about you or your computer, including without limitation, the internet address that you just came from, the internet address that you go to next, the internet address that referred you, the type of browser software you are using, the domain name of your Internet Service provider, and your Internet Protocol address. This information is collected and used in the aggregate for, among other things, measuring site performance and use.
'Cookies' on Horns Illustrated simply help you get around the site faster, and are used to enable functions such as showing whether or not a thread or forum you are viewing has new posts since your last visit, or to automatically log you back in when you return to the site after being away for a while. For example, when you Register, you will be given the option to 'Automatically login' when you return to the site. This will save your username and password in a 'cookie,' stored on your computer. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Horns Illustrated and Bevo Depot.com is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Texan Media, Horns Illustrated and Bevo Depot.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Third-Party Links: In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Horns Illustrated and Bevo Depot.com may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Horns Illustrated and Bevo Depot.com, Horns Illustrated and Bevo Depot.com has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Horns Illustrated and BevoDepot.com. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Horns Illustrated and Bevo Depot.com seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
Term: This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Service (if you are a Visitor) or while you are a Subscriber (if you are a Subscriber). Even after this Agreement is terminated, the restrictions contained herein will remain in effect. If you are a Subscriber, (i) you may terminate your Subscription at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions found in the by notifying Horns Illustrated (as outlined below), and (ii) Horns Illustrated may delete your profile and terminate your Subscription at any time, without warning and without liability of any kind. Subscription will terminate immediately in the event of a Member’s death. If you are a member and your Subscription is terminated for any reason, you may not create a new Subscription during the six month period following such termination, unless mutually agreed by Horns Illustrated management.
Password and Account Information: When you sign up to become a Member, you may be asked to choose a password. You alone are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify Texas Media immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your member account. You agree to promptly notify us of any change in your address (mail or primary email, to the extent provided to us) or personal profile by updating your personal information in the Member profile section of the Website. Your discontinued failure to notify Texan Media of any address (mail or primary email) or profile changes may result in the termination of your Membership. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership. Selling or otherwise transferring your profile is prohibited.
Additional Member Eligibility Conditions: Membership is void where prohibited. By becoming a Subscriber, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) your membership does not violate any applicable law or regulation; and (d) you are not a member under another name (in other words, you are limited to one membership). You acknowledge that Texas Media may refuse to enroll any you as a Subscriber, and may restrict, modify, or terminate your membership, without liability, for its convenience, if you violate this Agreement or any law, rule, or regulation, or if your participation could violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
Consent to Receive Commercial E-mail: BY AND AS A CONDITION OF BECOMING A SUBSCRIBER, YOU CONSENT TO RECEIVE COMMERCIAL E-MAIL MESSAGES FROM OR ON BEHALF OF TEXAN MEDIA, HORNS ILLUSTRATED, BEVO DEPOT AND OUR PARTNERS, AND ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESSES AND OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE USED BY THE TEXAN MEDIA FOR THE PURPOSE OF INITIATING COMMERCIAL E-MAIL MESSAGES. You may change the settings in the profile section of the Website to discontinue receipt of email, but by doing so, your membership/subscription may be terminated. Texan media reserves the right to send system updates; flash bulletins; order confirmations; administrative announcements; special requests and other similar messages to all Subscribers. Members cannot unsubscribe from these Administrative Messages while they are Members.
Proprietary Rights in Content: Texan Media or its subsidiaries or partners does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, links, works of authorship, or any other materials that you post to the Service (collectively, "Member Content"). After posting Member Content to the Service, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Member Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Member Content in any way you choose. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Member Content on or through the Service, you hereby grant to Texan Media and its entities and partners a perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free, fully sub-licensable, transferable, irrevocable worldwide license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, prepare derivative works of and distribute such Member Content (in whole or in part). You also permit any User to access, display, view, store and reproduce such Member Content for personal use.
Without the foregoing license, we would be unable to provide the Service. For example, without the right to modify Member Content, we would not be able to digitally compress uploaded files that Members submit or otherwise format Member Content to satisfy technical requirements, and without the right to publicly perform Member Content, thereby limiting Users to access files posted by Members. The license you grant to Texan media and its entities and partners is non-exclusive (meaning you are free to license your Member Content to anyone else), fully-paid and royalty-free (meaning that Texan Media and its partners is not required to pay you for the use on the Service of the Member Content that you post), sub-licensable (so that Texan Media is able to use its affiliates and subcontractors such as Internet content delivery networks to provide the Service), transferable (meaning that we may transfer it to a third party), irrevocable (meaning that you may not revoke or rescind such license for any reason) and worldwide (because the Internet is and the Service may be global in reach).
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Member Content posted by you on or through the Service or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (ii) the posting of your Member Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person or entity by reason of any Member Content posted by you to or through the Service.
Refunds: No refunds are given for donations or subscriptions.
Other: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Texan Media, Horns Illustrated and Bevo Depot entities regarding the Service. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any terms presented to you in connection with your utilization of a particular functionality (e.g. downloading software, making a purchase, or making a donation), the terms presented at such time shall prevail. The failure of these entities to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. "Horns Illustrated and Bevo Depot” are the property of Texan media. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. Texan Media may freely transfer or assign this Agreement and any of its rights or obligations hereunder. You may not transfer or assign this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Texan Media, and any attempt to do so shall be null and void. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
