In a game that went back and forth throughout, Texas outlasted West Virginia to win 47-40 in overtime on Saturday night in Morgantown.
Case McCoy completed a touchdown pass to Alex DeLaTorre to give Texas the lead in overtime. On West Virginia’s ensuing possession linebacker Steve Edmond intercepted the final pass of the game to finish the Texas win.
With the win Texas improves to 6-0 in Big 12 play, and 7-2 overall.
