For the second consecutive week, Texas outside hitter Logan Eggleston was named Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week.

The repeat honor was due to her role in the Longhorns' back-to-back victories over Kansas in Austin Thursday and Friday in which she totaled 34 kills and posted an impressive .350 kill percentage.

Eggleston has led the UT offense in kills in each match this season for the 4-0 Longhorns, who are ranked No. 1 in the country in the current American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) poll.

Eggleston is one of the keys to the Texas offense, and leads the conference in kills (69) and kills per set (5.31).

The Horns will battle Iowa State at the Erwin Center Thursday and Friday night. Both matches begin at 7 p.m. (Central time) and can be seen live on Longhorn Network.
