KSU linebacker Tre Walker (50) said Monday that some of the credit for his team’s 42-24 win — the Wildcats’ fifth victory in a row over UT — belonged to the Longhorns themselves.

“They kind of laid down a little bit,” Walker said. “That’s nothing to say about their character. That’s just what they do.”

When asked if the Longhorns were perceived as 'not tough' , Walker nodded his head.

“I’d be willing to say that, definitely,” Walker said. “They’re probably not.”

The Longhorns take the stage at media days on Tuesday. They play the Wildcats at Royal-Memorial Stadium in Austin on Sept. 21st and we CAN NOT WAIT. Hook'Em!
