3-4A Defensive Player of the Year — 109 Tackles, one interception — and second-team All-District at wide receiver as a senior. A three-sport star with a 21.55 200-meter speed, Meander will likely begin his career at wide receiver for the Longhorns, but could also project to safety. He selected Texas over Washington State, Texas Tech, Missouri and California.
