COLUMBUS, Ohio — Sophomore forward Alexa Adams stretched her team lead in goals to four and points to nine when she scored in the fourth minute, but that was all the offense the Texas soccer team would get and the Longhorns were unable to hold on Friday, falling, 2-1, in overtime to No. 19 Ohio State at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium.

The score reflected the closeness of the game. Texas was outshot by Ohio State, 12-11, but maintained a 4-3 edge  [article-offer]
