Graduate guard Max Abmas emerged as the hero, sinking a game-winning jumper from the right baseline with under eight seconds remaining. This pivotal shot mirrored Abmas’ earlier heroics this season when he secured another game-winner against Louisville. Meanwhile, graduate forward Dylan Disu, starting in place of the injured Kadin Shedrick, delivered a spectacular performance with 33 points, surpassing his previous collegiate high.
