Texas, Kansas set to renew exciting rivalry; Horns have given Jayhawks trouble at home

For the first time in several years, anticipation over a Texas basketball game abounds.

On Saturday Texas welcomes Kansas to the Erwin Center for a 3 p.m. tilt featuring the two teams presently playing the Big 12’s best basketball, according to ESPN. Both teams enter the game 16-4. Texas, ranked 25^th, has won five straight league games, three against ranked teams, and has all but put the disaster that was the 2012-13 season behind it. Kansas streaks into the game ranked sixth nationally – Texas’ fourth consecutive ranked opponent – and
