Texas Soccer braces beat New Mexico State 4-0

AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Soccer now (1-2,1) beat New Mexico State 4-0 while taking 25 shots 10 on goal,and 11 corner kicks. Gold Medal winner Julia Grosse scored first followed by. Freshman Lexi Missimo with an assist from Trinity Byars. Grosso scores again with assists from Missimo and Byars. Giving Texas a commanding lead Missimo scores the fourth point assisted by Tatiana Fung and Mackenzie McFarland.

This makes Grosso’s fourth and Missimo’s second time in their careers to have braces.

Mike A. Myers stadium had 370 in attendance including former Texas player Julie Arnold with her mom and dad and friends.
