Texas Softball defeats Oklahoma State 2-1, Brejae Washington sets record for career-hits

Senior Brejae Washington highlighted the weekend on Sunday afternoon when she broke the Longhorn record for career hits. During game three against Oklahoma State, Washington beat out a bunt-single in the bottom of the first to bring her career hits total to 246, establishing herself as the all-time hits leader at Texas (30-19, 9-4 Big 12). The Longhorns went on to defeat the Cowgirls 3-0, earning the series win 2-1.
