Texas Football, one of the most storied and winningest programs in college history, officially begins its 2014 season on Saturday, April 19, with the Orange-White Scrimmage and Fan Fest. This free-to-all-fans celebration, and official introduction of the 2014 Longhorns, also serves as the launch of the 2014 Texas Comin' on Strong Tour presented by DISH, which makes its first of 11 stops throughout Texas the Monday following the scrimmage.

Gates to Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium open at 11 a.m. for the fan fest in the north end of the stadium. Burnt Orange Nation knows that the traditions at Texas are like no others and they will all be there to celebrate and enjoy. It all starts at the gate with an appearance by Bevo XIV, the most revered live mascot in college sports. He'll be there for photo ops, along with Smokey the Cannon. Surveying the scene is Tex, the 30-foot tall inflatable mascot. If Tex marks the spot, you know you're in Longhorns country!

Texas Cheer and Pom, along with Hook 'Em, welcome fans as they head inside the north end of the stadium. The Longhorn Network -- the only cable network solely dedicated to a single college sports program -- gives fans the unique opportunity to sit behind the desk of the Texas GameDay set used by LHN personalities before and after every Texas Football home game. (Choose your favorite backdrop for your special photo op!)
