THE 6’2,” 295-pound Dorsey is one of Texas’ main cogs on the defensive front, clearing up space for the Longhorns to get to the opposing quarterback and running backs.[s2If current_user_can(access_s2member_level2)]

Dorsey is a third-year defensive tackle who has played in 30 career games with six starts. In 2012, he was third on the team in tackles for loss (11) — impressive considering he missed four games with injuries.

He isn’t the biggest interior defensive lineman but he makes up for his lack of size with impressive athleticism. He has the ability to disrupt the offense despite being double-teamed on almost every play.

With a little more consistency, Dorsey could become Texas’ next dominant interior defender.
