Texas Athletics invites all fans to come out and get a glimpse of the 2014 Texas Volleyball team during the Orange-White Scrimmage on Saturday, Aug. 23 at Gregory Gym. First serve for the scrimmage is set for 11 a.m. and admission is FREE for all fans.
In conjunction with the Orange-White Scrimmage, Texas Volleyball also will host a FREE youth clinic for kids in 8th grade and under. Spaces are limited and registration should be made in advance. To register, please call the Texas Volleyball office at 512-471-9148 or email Kelly Govea (firstname.lastname@example.org). When registering, please include the following information:

- Email address
For fans coming only to the scrimmage, doors at Gregory Gym open at 10 a.m. Fans may park for FREE in the Brazos Garage on the UT campus or in any parking space on campus (excluding "At all times" spaces) during both the clinic and the scrimmage. Please note that heavy traffic and congestion is expected due to campus Mooov-In going on throughout the day.
Texas is ranked No. 2 in the nation in the AVCA Coaches Top 25 preseason poll. The Longhorns posted a 27-3 overall record and advanced to the NCAA semifinals last year, while also registering a perfect 16-0 mark in Big 12 play. UT has claimed three consecutive Big 12 Conference titles, and six of the last seven titles.
The Longhorns open their 2014 home season with a match vs. Arizona on Friday, Sept. 12 as part of the 26 West Longhorn Classic. First serve for that match is set for 7 p.m. at Gregory Gym.
- 8:30 a.m.: Youth clinic check-in begins in the Gregory Gym annex (second floor, south of Gregory Gym arena)
- 9-10 a.m.: Youth clinic
- 10 a.m.: Doors open to Gregory Gym arena for Orange-White Scrimmage
- 10:30-11 a.m.: Pre-match warm-ups
- 11 a.m.-1 p.m.: Orange-White Scrimmage
- 1 p.m. (approx.): Autograph session on the court following the scrimmage
