WHERE ARE THEY NOW? – STONIE CLARK
Stonie Clark is often remembered for “The Stone Cold Stop” when he stopped Oklahoma running back James Allen just a foot shy of the Texas end zone in the final minute of the

game, securing Texas’ 17-10 victory in the 1994 Red River Shootout. But that play served as only a sliver of his career.
As a four-year letterman from 1992-1995, Clark contributed to 136 tackles (72 solo), had 7.5 sacks, forced four fumbles and recovered one fumble. In his senior season he served as a defensive captain. Beating the Aggies at Kyle Field in ’95 remains one of Clark’s favorite memories.
Still an Austin resident, Clark owns and operates Stonie Clark’s Tea Cake Co., which makes and distributes his grandmother Olivia’s tea cake cookies. When he’s not in the bakeshop growing his business to national and international distribution levels, you can find Clark out on a run. He runs 40 to 50 miles a week. Clark is also currently looking for volunteer opportunities and ways to give back to the community.
